Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential corporate clients, educational institutions, and individuals who require soft skills and communication training.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to prospective clients, articulating the benefits of our training programs and how they can meet the clients needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Customized Solutions: Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions based on our training programs in leadership, communication, negotiation, and more.
Sales Process Management: Handle the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating terms and closing deals.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs to contribute to team success and business growth.
Market Intelligence: Keep updated on the latest trends in the soft skills and training industry and monitor competitor activities.
Collaboration with Training Teams: Work closely with the training and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs after the sale is made.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and opportunities in CRM software.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven sales experience (preferably in training, education, or professional services).
Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong understanding of soft skills and Communication training services.
Self-driven with a strong results orientation.
Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a wide variety of clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
