Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demos of our services to prospective clients, clearly communicating how our solutions can meet their needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with both the clients needs and company objectives, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain relationships and create opportunities for repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and designer teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations. Collaborate with designers to develop creative solutions that align with client needs and enhance the overall event experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education Diploma in any related field
  • Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the events or exhibitions industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events as required.
  • Own transportation is required.
