Requirements:- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or any other related field. (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
- Required languages(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and/ or Mandarin.
- Required skills : Microsoft Office.
- Wields accomplish negotiation skills and resolves conflict swiftly.
- Can work independently and a great team player, working to reach sales goals.
- Posses own transport with valid driving license.
- Able to travel within east & west Malaysia.
- Responsibilities:
- To conduct research and to report on the market feedback to the Management in relations to the market criteria, pricing, demand and supply of the market etc.
- Responsible to monitor customer website for any open tender.
- Responsible to buy tenders after getting approval from superior.
- To make regular visits and to provide satisfactory services to all customers concerned.
- To handle customer complaints such as product default, wrong delivery etc.
- To attend customer inquiries on product and revert back to office for further action.
- To receive and check the order from customer comply to quotation offered.
- To follow up with customers on all quotations status and to achieve monthly sales budgets/ target.
- To have regular contacts with project consultant/ developers for new and upcoming projects.
- To attend and approach new potential customers and to check on their financial backgrounds and business activities.
- To attend Sales Meeting and report on developers, consultant, customer visit.
