Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the tiles and sanitary wares sector.
- Identify and target potential clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and designers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously identifying opportunities for new business.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide product knowledge and consultative sales support to clients to meet their project needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product developments, and competitor activities within the building materials industry.
- Coordinate with the internal team (marketing, customer service, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
Sales Executive (Tiles & Sanitary Wares)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitary wares, or the building materials industry.
- Can speak in English and B. Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of the construction and building materials sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients or visit project sites.
