Key Responsibilities To achieve assigned sales target for assigned territory
- To conduct consistent follow-ups on account collections and take full responsibility for whole process.
To ensure expenses are within budget and to always exercise discretion.
Prepare clear pre-call and post call plans. To have clear objectives when calling at all times and to meet the objectives of the call.- To provide accurate article numbers and pricing when preparing quotations and to follow-up on the outcome of the quotations.
To track sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations, to also follow through on the overall purchasing process.
- Consistently provide accurate information for any updating needed in he company system.
Consistently updating competitors information which includes organisation chart, business strategy and business alliance.
- Managing Relationship - Internal & External
Maintaining good customer relationships by building trust and credibility with customers.- The ability to assist business development in developing the business plan and the execution of all the planning to the market.
To organise and conduct talks in wards and respective departments.
- To organise and conduct hospital level talks.
Capable of handling other task or assignment when assign by management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum one year of medical sales experience in Malaysia.- Good presentation skills and computer literate as well as proficient in written and spoken English and Malay.
Possess own transport and valid driving licence, willing to travel outstation.
- Medical devices market knowledge, understanding of healthcare environment in Malaysia and various selling techniques.
