Responsible for meeting sales targets for Company product and services. The overall objective is to utilise basic product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which companys products and services meet their needs.Responsibilities
- Assisting Client : Professionally assisting companys client on the first time registration.
Pitching like a pro: You'll use your amazing communication skills to pitch our exciting value proposition and close deals like a champ.- Building lasting relationships: You'll be the person our clients turn to when they need help or have questions. By building strong relationships, you'll generate more revenue and drive client loyalty.
Upselling and cross-selling: You'll be our clients go-to person for all their needs. By identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, you'll generate even more revenue for our organisation.
- Delivering exceptional service: You'll be collecting and reviewing our clients feedback to make sure our client has a smooth and satisfying experience. By developing client-focused solutions, you'll improve clients satisfaction and drive repeat business.
