Purpose of the RoleThis role requires a proactive approach to sales and relationship management within the agricultural sector in Malaysia, with a focus on achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve personal and team monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets to grow our market share
Ensuring our customer service is fast & professional, communications and response times are all within KPI
- Work closely with the Marketing team reach customers in creative ways
Conducting on-site product demonstrations, presentations and farmer training
At least 1 year experience in a sales or account management role in the agricultural sector or FMCG- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
Willingness to travel within Malaysia, and occasionally overseas
- Demonstrated success and ingenuity in building pipeline and hitting targets
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness- Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM tools (eg: SalesForce or Zoho CRM), forecasting & reporting
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
Energetic, passionate and ambitious
- A quick learner: able to hit the ground running
Excellent speaking and presentation skills, and a people-person- You must be driven by a challenge and have the agility and flexibility to adapt to a very fast growing company
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of self-management
