This role involves overseeing the implementation and conceptual development of the regional trade term system, aligning it with legal changes and market approaches across all countries. Responsibilities include adapting country-specific blueprints, preparing decision proposals for regional product floor price exceptions, and developing potential changes in trade term systems across Business Units. The role also requires someone who is strong in negotiation approaches, terms and condition changes, and customer migration plans per customer cluster. Additionally, the individual ensures the IT-based terms and condition system, including exception management, in collaboration with the Business Operations team.

Tasks:


Actively drives the implementation of the trade term system in close collaboration with CSO (Country Sales Organization) organization and cross business unit Pricing Region of Europe and Asia. Regular reports on process and deviation
Follows up on customer migration plans and supports country to find solutions to bring all customers into corridor.
Holds communication with CSOs on terms and conditions progress management.
Actively drives best practice exchange between channels and countries.
Monthly report on trade terms system including exceptions.
Provides trainings on trade terms concept.
Analysis retail contracts for A and B customers in the region on adherence /migration towards trade terms target picture.
Develops IT based systematic to allow efficient management of contract.
Ambassador for negotiation excellence standards (GAP)
Ensures high data quality in statistical conditions in close cooperation.

Bachelor's / Master Degree in Economics / business administration or its equivalent.
Proficient in English; fluency in German is advantageous
Proven experience in price management within international organizations, coupled with several years of operational sales expertise
Educated negotiation expert.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
