URGENT HIRING- To set appointment and make presentations to clients regarding companies activities and products & services
To attend site visit and perform site assessment, to produce report for engineering department's serving in filtering project /clients
- To liaise with subcontractor, suppliers and principals in obtaining cost effective proposals and quotations.
To prepare and submit quotations or proposal to end clients- To prepare and submit pre-qualification exercises as per clients, if necessary.
To follow up with clients and submitted proposals at each steps of procurement.
- To report and get approvals from engineering department prior to committing any matters related to design change, change order, commercial negotiations.
To attend direct negotiations and technical clarifications as required by clients- To report and get approvals from engineering department prior to committing any matters related to design change, change order, commercial negotiations.
Upon contract/PO award, to scrutinize client's contract/PO documents.
- To liaise with subcontractor, suppliers/principals to obtain competitive pricing
To liaise with procurement department to issue purchase order to subcontractor/suppliers/principals in timely manner.- To liaise with logistic department to expedite products/service delivery.
To check and verify the terms received from suppliers/subcontractors/principals are strictly in accordance with Company PO.
- To deliver the checked items to client and get client's acceptance.
To follow up on invoices progress with finance department- To follow up with client for payment progress
To plan, execute, supervise and hand-over each project.
- To produce reports of completed projects
To liaise with engineering department for other ad-hoc scopes that may arise within the job scope / discipline- Any other task assigned by Management whenever required.
