What You'll Do:
Shape the Future: Lead business development by using your in-depth technical knowledge and industry insights to create winning sales strategies. You'll be responsible for identifying market opportunities and driving sales that make a real impact.
Be a Tech Expert: Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations that WOW clients, working closely with our pre-sales, R&D, and technical teams to deliver the best solutions.
Create Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Your efforts will ensure they come back for more!
Drive Growth: Stay ahead of market trends and competition, always looking for new business opportunities and strategies to keep us one step ahead.
Own the Process: From responding to customer inquiries and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to closing deals, you'll be the go-to person for all things sales and technical support.
Be a Customer Champion: Ensure clients are supported every step of the way, from first contact to after-sales care, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
What You'll Need:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
Experience: At least 1-2 years in technical sales or similar roles, with a proven track record of hitting targets in Electrical Industry, Engineering Machinery, Construction Machinery, Hardware Industry, Security Industry, Steel Raw Materials, Semiconductor Industry, Instruments and Meters, Automotive Parts and etc.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You'll need to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly benefits.
CRM Savvy: Experience using CRM tools to track your sales activities and pipeline is a plus.
Customer Focus: A passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
