Location: Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve sales targets in the assigned customers stipulated by the management
- Execute sales strategies and action plan for KEY customers to maximize profitable growth, and customer expansion
- Enabling sales growth by identifying and developing potential customers that match Omron's product and application competencies
- Building relationship with customers to increase Omron business SOM, increase customers loyalty and customers satisfaction
- Conducts regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track sales & design-in progress toward revenue and growth goals
- Co-ordinate and build positive relationships within different department(s) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customers, in-line with the customer expectation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline fresh graduate, OR, Diploma in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline + minimum 3-5 years working experience in electronic component sales may be considered. Experience in handling regional business is a plus.
- Capable to do design-in and spec-in to R&D engineers.
- Experience with electronic components (relays, switches, connectors, sensors etc.).
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
- IT skill and literacy: Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
Travelling Requirements
- Domestic travel for customer visiting
- 50% travel within Peninsular Malaysia
- Possess driving license is desirable
