This is a full-time Sales Engineer role based in Johor Bahru, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with some work being performed from home.
Job Description:
- Making phone calls and visiting customers, finding needs and meeting customer requirements with our product and solution.
Creating daily, weekly, and monthly work reports (market and product developments, latest updates in the field)- Creating and maintaining a customer database
Responsible for achieving the company's sales targets and expanding the marketing area
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends related to the marketed products and providing feedback on market trends
Exploring the potential in existing customers and analyzing new customer opportunities
Requirements:- Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's degree, no experience required
Requires honesty, and enthusiasm to work in sales
- Pro active communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)- Able to drive a car/motorcycle
Willing to be assigned beyond Johor and/or work beyond normal working hours if needed
