Position Overview: As a Sales Engineer, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients interested in our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing technical information, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their security needs and requirements.
- Provide comprehensive technical expertise on ELV systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals by providing detailed technical information.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ELV technologies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or technical support role within the ELV systems sector.
In-depth knowledge of CCTV and access control technologies (e.g., Dahua, HIK, ZKTeco, EntryPass, MicroEngine).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and engage with clients.
