Sales Engineer - Central/Southern Region (Remote/Fresh Graduate welcome)

Job Summary

Promote and engage Customers in industrial automation solutions. Establishes a trusted relationship

with the customers, collect and convey customer needs to internal technical teams for technical

proposals. Create his/her own network of Customers in different industries across Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify business opportunities & establish while maintaining long term business relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Handling customer inquiries as well as managing, interpreting customer requirements & providing required proposals to customer.
• Prepare quotations and cost analysis as well as negotiating & closing sales with the agreed terms and conditions.
• Liaising with consultants, contractors and end-users for sales presentations & product promotions.
• Recommend total solutions to customers with sharing knowledge on improved & new products.
• To secure new projects & follow through on current projects in order to meet sales target.
• To provide customer feedback & information to factory for product development and continuous service improvement.
• Generate sales & project report to manager.
• Recording & maintaining customer contact data.
• Other assigned duties as required by superior / management from time to time.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering with 3 years technical sales

experience in similar field.

Engineers or FRESH GRADUATE who are passionate in technical sales are WELCOME TO APPLY

Independent and willing to travel (as-needed basis).

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, solutions and value propositions.

Possess knowledge in business concepts and manufacturing processes in FMCG,

pharmaceutical, tobacco, electronic, and/or automotive industry would be an advantage.

Knowledge of drawing tools such as AutoCAD / Inventor / 3D is preferable.

This position currently focus in Central/Southern area:

1. Southern Region: Melaka & Johor working remotely & will be based in Johor (candidates preferably from Johor)
