Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Cooling Equipment
Position Title: Sales Engineer/ Sales Executive
Working Hours:
5 Days, Monday Friday (8 am 5:30 pm)- Salary: Basic + Petrol & Parking Claim + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Develop and execute well-defined sales strategies to achieve targets.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing technical advice on existing and new products or systems.
- Support sales opportunities through presentations, customer visits, and active follow-ups.
Ensure efficient service operation coordination between sales and operations teams.- Investigate and resolve customer issues, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary.
Acquire new customer accounts and contribute to proposal and quotation administration.
- Offer creative alternative ideas to maximize sales opportunities.
Participate in marketing, advertising, promotional, and publicity activities in line with corporate and product strategies.- Gather information on market demand, competition, and the latest product developments.
Conduct periodic sales forecasts and prepare weekly sales/contact reports.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
- Sales experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
Possess a Class 3 driving license (own transport preferred).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Outgoing personality with a resourceful, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
