POSITION DESCRIPTION (Duties & Responsibilities)
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance across the stores, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with store managers to enhance sales and ensure consistent performance.
Support the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff within the area as and when required.
Conduct regular store visits to provide on-site guidance and support.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences and provide feedback to superior on potential opportunities and risks.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare and submit sales activities reports to superior.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (academic, experience, competencies etc.)
Diploma/Degree in related field.
With at least 5 years relevant working experience preferably within the retail or electrical goods industry.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel within the designated area.
Able to communicate with various level of people.
Able to work in a fast pace environment and meeting deadline.
