Provide information towards potential sales leads.
- Adhere to all of companys SOPs.
Engage with parents and students via phone call or text messages.- Monitor and engage potential clients on social media platforms.
Promote services offered by the company on social media platforms.
- Reach individual sales target appointed by HOD.
Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly sales report.- Attend all training programs provided by the department.
Participate and maintaining the sales department working culture.
- Carry out tasks given by the team leader.
Accept and execute any ad-hoc tasks given.- Introduce and demonstrate our services.
Attend to customer enquiries politely.
- Participate and contribute any program, seminar and events provide by PTTI
EPF, SOCSO & EIS after confirmation to permanent staff.
