The Financial Sales Director will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, managing a team of financial planners, and achieving sales targets. This role requires hands-on leadership in personal sales, team management, and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record in financial planning, extensive knowledge of trustee products, and be able to lead by example, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of financial sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Engage in personal sales to targeted audiences and businesses, ensuring personal targets are met. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet organizational goals.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and new financial products, especially in trust and trustee services.
- Drive awareness and sales of trust and trustee products, educating the team and clients on the benefits and structures available.
Key Requirements:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is mandatory.
- Proven track record in financial sales with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, and trustee services.
- Deep knowledge of trustee functions, products, and their application in financial planning.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
- Strong understanding of financial products, wealth management solutions, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
