The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales development. This role is critical in generating sales opportunities, building relationships, and driving new business growth through strategic outreach and persistent follow-up.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
- Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit for the company's telehealth services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance to the sales manager.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine lead generation processes and strategies based on performance data and feedback.
