As a part of our growth journey, RISE by BCG U is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support B2B sales team with lead qualification and ensuring a steady pipeline.
What you will be working on:
- Lead generation: Use various cold-calling outreach channels to generate new leads
- Lead qualification: Assess the viability of leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Appointment setting: Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the appropriate sales manager.
- Pipeline management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Metrics tracking: Track key performance indicators such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and sales qualified leads (SQLs).
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
- Experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous;
- Passion for organizing information and excellent attention to detail, ideally paired with CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot);
- Team player who enjoys fast-paced sales environment and is eager to learn and grow with the organization.
- Excellent presence and influence capabilities, paired with fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
