About this role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our Marketing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will proactively follow-up and qualify inbound leads. You will have your individual targets, but you will also be a valuable member of a larger team and that means you will truly learn and master the art of sales and marketing in a fast-growing scale-up environment. This is a ground-floor opportunity and a first step on the path to a highly successful career at Datasnipper.

Requirements

What will you do

  • Proactively follow-up and qualify inbound leads by using a mix of different tools like calling, e-mailing and LinkedIn.
  • Book meetings for the Account Executives and closely work together on guiding our prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Become a DataSnipper product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes.
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities

What You Bring

  • 0-2 years experience in sales development / market development (MDR) roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills combined with a positive attitude and drive for success.
  • Ability to credibly interact with stakeholders at enterprise accounts, explore business challenges, and to present Datasnipper in a compelling way.
  • Fluency in English.
