Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

  • Set and drive sales strategies aligned with business goals to boost revenue.
  • Lead strategy sessions with SDEs to align on goals and ensure effective execution.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Train, coach, and mentor Sales Development Executives (SDEs) on products, services, and customer approaches.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback to help SDEs improve and meet targets.

PERFOMANCE & KPI MANAGEMENT

  • Track and review KPIs like sales progression, customer activity, visit frequency, and lead generation.
  • Take corrective actions when needed to meet targets and maintain accountability.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Partner with Customer (marketing), Operations, and Commercial team to create coordinated campaigns.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to improve lead generation and customer engagement.

LEAD QUALIFICATION

  • Oversee lead qualification and ensure leads are effectively managed through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate canvassing and lead generation activities by zone.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Manage customer service standards and ensure SOP compliance to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
