Responsibilities

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

Set and drive sales strategies aligned with business goals to boost revenue.
Lead strategy sessions with SDEs to align on goals and ensure effective execution.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Train, coach, and mentor Sales Development Executives (SDEs) on products, services, and customer approaches.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback to help SDEs improve and meet targets.

PERFOMANCE & KPI MANAGEMENT

Track and review KPIs like sales progression, customer activity, visit frequency, and lead generation.
Take corrective actions when needed to meet targets and maintain accountability.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Partner with Customer (marketing), Operations, and Commercial team to create coordinated campaigns.
Collaborate on initiatives to improve lead generation and customer engagement.

LEAD QUALIFICATION

Oversee lead qualification and ensure leads are effectively managed through the sales funnel.
Coordinate canvassing and lead generation activities by zone.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Manage customer service standards and ensure SOP compliance to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead initiatives to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
