You will be working for an established machine building (automation) company that is looking for a SEA Sales Manager, based in Penang.
Your new role
- Creates a business plan and sales strategy for the market to achieve company sales goals and maximize profitability.
- Develops action plans for both individuals and teams to effectively identify and pursue sales leads and prospects.
- Expands into new markets and acquires new customers while maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Oversees the performance of the sales team and ensures business targets are met, providing effective leadership and guidance.
- Delivers precise forecasts of sales opportunities, including scope, timeline, and revenue projections.
- Plans, implements, and manages sales targets and strategies while monitoring the activities of the Sales Department.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Sales Lead in the automation industry.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships in the South East Asia (SEA) market.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong analytical skills, process mapping expertise, and a high degree of initiative, discipline, and drive.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
