Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate sales activities and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and samples delivery.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Administrative and clerical support.
  • Assist in issue quotation, sales order, delivery note and monitor stocks availability.
  • Monitor shipment status and arrange timely delivery and payment request.
  • Follow through the progress of quotation and sales order with customers regularly
  • Receiving and arranging deliveries of goods

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated and result-driven.
  • Ability to work with pressure and tight deadline.
  • Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma.
