Job Description:
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing event
Assist the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible and others.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably with 1-3 years of working experience.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu (Candidate can speak Mandarin language is advantage).
- Work experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.- Hardworking with good work ethics.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
