Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To ensure prompt retrieval of incoming sales orders.
  • To process timely all incoming sales orders and adhere to order processing guidelines and procedures.
  • To ensure correct printing of invoices upon confirmation from customer before handing the documents to operations team for onwards action.
  • To liaise with customers on confirm sales orders and attend to general inquiries.
  • To coordinate shipments/deliveries by preparing necessary shipping documents.
  • To support sales & Maintain good relationship with existing customers to ensure full customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Liaise with customers through email, phone, video conference, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
  • Support in enhancement of sales process and SOPs from time to time.
  • Deliver sales reports according to the business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher Education level in business
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications especially excel
  • Detail-oriented person, strong analysis skill and problem-solving skill
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
