Job Description- Responsible for weekly delivery planning listing
Issue Sales Order when received PO from dealer
- To prepare Delivery Order for every shipment out from the company.
To liaise with Production department on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement.- To liaise with Logistics department for delivery to customer or to vessel when call at port.
Ensure all documents such as DO & SO are proper filling.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow up and complaints.
Responsible in maintaining good business relationship with clients by providing support, guidance and recommending solutions.- And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/Degree in any field
At least 1-2 years of experience in related field.- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, punctual, attention to detail, passionate on collaborative teamwork.
Knowledge in SQL system is added advantage.- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
