Provide quotation and ordering assistance to customers and sales representatives.- Interact with customers via email, phone, and in person to provide equipment and order information and complete equipment order/returns.
Follow up as required to ensure payment is received.
- Working with staff members from other departments, arrange order.
Update daily order in group.
