Job Description

Job Responsibility

Coordinate sales teams;
To coordinate order placements, deliveries, credit limit, payment term enquiries and quotations in accordance with company policy;
To coordinate with customers on tax exemption applications;
To coordinate with engineering service team on issues of free loan equipment to customers;
to collaborate with other departments (QC, Store, Production and finance) to ensure sales, marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently;
To prepare debtors aging/balancing report and monthly product sales report;
Manage import/export activities from planning, shipping, receiving and related documentations.

Job Requirements

A Diploma/ Bachelors degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years experience in sales with shipping knowledge
Excellent customer service & effective communication skills to ensure customers get awesome experience from company product
Possess positive attitude, diligent, good problem-solving skills and willing to learn.
Experience in Import/ Export documentation would be ideal.
Industry knowledge of an adhesive/chemical/manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Candidate MUST fluent in English and Mandarin spoken.
