Dealing with customer inquiry- Prepare & Issuing document for all sales related
Liaise, arrangement and follow up for the sales services & goods with internal and external persons
- Manage of sales collection
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.- Assist with all strategic planning as required
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Perform CRM administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing and report
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
