RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish and maintain a strong business relationship with customers.
Attend and follow up on customers calls and emails. Handle customers inquiries and prepare quotations promptly.- Service existing customers and provide technical support whenever required.
To analyze the customers provided sales forecast, then make proper recommendations and next action plans.
- Address issues on pricing, delivery of finished products, and resolution of customer complaints.
Ensure the sales prices are accurately entered into the system as per the latest sales quotation.- Ensure the team clears and maintains a healthy inventory stock level for both raw materials and finished products.
Prepare sales and tracking-related reports accurately and timely.
- Collaborate closely with production to update demand requirements schedule and ensure on-time goods shipments to customers.
Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Possess at least a Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or equivalent.- Relevant working experience in sales or marketing especially with relevant working experience in manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Proficient in MS. Office i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas whenever required.
