- 30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary Structure: Basic Salary + Commission
- Job Description:
Proactively follow up with both existing and new customers regarding incoming sales orders, potential deals and inquiries.
- Provide tailored solutions to potential, new, and existing customers.
Maintain strong, positive relationships with all customer segments.- Oversee order collection, production tracking, and delivery status.
Proactively manage and collect payments from customers.
- Deliver after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and report findings to the superior.- Submit weekly sales reports to the superior.
Draft and prepare relevant documents such as Sales Contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Attend quarterly sales meetings with the Sales Team and Managing Director for review and discussion.
Support colleagues and the management team with any ad-hoc tasks.
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.- Basic knowledge of the F&B manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, independent, and a team player.- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Willingness to embrace challenges and multi-task.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
Capable of working with minimal supervision.- Goal-oriented with an aggressive approach to achieving set targets.
