Responsibilities
- Reporting & Assist to Sales Manager.
Operate as a lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned accounts.- Follow up on customers orders (status of delivery etc.) ensuring efficient communication between departments and on-time delivery. Work collaboratively with respective department, such as Planner to work out on the shipment date and delivery schedule.
Provide picking list to logistic for outgoing shipment and preparation on customer declaration.
- Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and maintain customer database.
Manage and compile monthly reports, sales forecasts, and bookings/billings/backlog reports.- Participating in cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, continuos improvement (CIP), engineering changes, etc.
Executing customer RFQ & follow up quotation to customer.
- Executing customer ECO/ECN according to processes.
Handling customer complaint. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- At least 2 years work experience in Sales
Preferred knowledge in the Metal fabrication and Contract Manufacturing Industry- Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
Proven track record within a demanding sales environment
- Team player, and able to collaborate within the Stoppani production environment
Good communication, analytical & negotiation skills- Procactive, self-motivated, independent, hardworking and pleasant personality
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Computer literally and proficient in Microsoft Applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
