Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and target companies across multiple industries, with a focus on manufacturing and engineering sectors, to offer tailored training solutions.
  • Meet with HR departments and decision-makers to understand their workforce development needs and promote our accredited programs.
  • Develop and manage potential clients long-term relationships.
  • Present compelling proposals and sales pitches.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth implementation and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably with a focus on B2B services.
  • Flent in English and Malay
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt and learn about various industries and sectors.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Computer literate and well versed in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
