To inform showroom payment collection & stock allocation- To handle and respond to the customer inquiries and complaints
To ensure all goods are ready in warehouse and arrange for delivery
- To attend showroom display requisition
To get approval for On The Spot sofa defect- To perform cut stock and update in the AX system
Received delivery order from warehouse upon collection of all payment
- To assist lorry driver if any issues arise during delivery
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
