OFFICE LOCATION : Taman Pekaka Sungai Dua, Penang, Gelugor 11700, Pulau Pinang - Duties & Responsibilities:-
Perform cold calling to generate leads for the sales team; Making calls to existing / potential customers for sales and payment matters;
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth sales processes.
Support daily sales Operation;
- Handling of sales and operational enquiries which included administrative support to sales team, monitor customers orders, support customers request on any change of orders;
Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers;- Ensure close follow-up with customers order;
Assist and follow-up payment collection;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;
Working Hour :
Monday - Friday
- 30am-5pm
Sat (alternative)
- 30am-12.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
