Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistic, Business, or related professional course graduate (e.g., sales, marketing, business development, etc.).
Having direct experience in key account management would be an added advantage.
Mandarin proficiency (both oral and written) will have additional advantage.
Self-motivated, people-oriented, and analytical mindset with stakeholder and customers management skills
Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Requirements
Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team.
Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
Possessed thorough knowledge in the logistics field to help to resolve the difficulties faced by customers, regarding the customers needs, request, and other details to provide suitable solutions.
Operate the Key Account system to assist customers in placing orders, and answering customer business consultations, package inquiries as well as other questions.
Developing detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
Monitoring and analyzing project progress, identify potential issue, and propose improvement plan accordingly.
Contact branches, hubs, and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders.
Handle the complaints from the customers and assist in solving the issues.
