Job Description

In this role, you will:
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Support: Describe and explain the use, operation, and care of beverage products to customers. Provide information on manufacturing specifications, product care, and delivery options.
Sales Documentation: Prepare and issue sales invoices, receipts, and contracts. Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for orders, quotations, and deliveries.
Client Interaction: Assist customers with product selection, ensuring satisfaction and functionality before purchase. Handle customer inquiries, provide post-sales support, and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Sales Process Management: Identify and research potential clients, establish rapport, arrange meetings, and track sales proposals. Collaborate with the pricing department to create rate proposals and drive the end-to-end sales process.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, track sales leads, and ensure adherence to legal guidelines in contract preparation.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Attend relevant meetings, assist other departments as needed, and coordinate with the production team to align manufacturing schedules with sales orders.
Export Coordination: Plan and execute export shipments, ensuring smooth coordination with production and logistics teams.Operational Flexibility: Be multi-skilled, backing up colleagues during their absence, and performing additional duties as assigned to support the companys overall objectives.

  • Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Level in any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin
Fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English.
  • Know how to use the AutoCount system.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Committed to work and able to deal with pressure
Work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Words, Emails
Knowledge of market research
  • Solid organizational skills


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM 1,500 - RM 2,

  • Schedule:


    Monday to Friday ( 8.30 am- 5.30pm)

    Saturday - half day ( 8.30am - 1.00pm)

    COVID-19 considerations:

    All staff are fully vaccinated and wear masks required in the office.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
