Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively using WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Monitor updates on inventory lists and delivery timetables to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination between various departments involved in the sales process.
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.
Maintain consistent support to internal and external customer.
- Any other duties assigned by superior/ Management from time to time.
With working experience in the related field is an advantage.

Good command in spoken and written
