Full job descriptionPosition : Sales Coordinator
Salary Range : RM 1,800 - RM 2,500
Location : Teluk Panglima Garang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm
Liaise with customer on the status of each order and delivery
Review AWSBs capability n meeting customers order requirement.
Feedback to customer in the event that AWSB has capability problem in meeting customers requirements.
Preparation of Sales Quotation, Proforma invoice and sales invoices.
To obtain information related to customer perception.
To summarize and analyze customer survey to determine improvement needs.
To reply to customers complaints.
Work closely with operations and customer service groups.
Develop business plans, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Maintain sales and activity reports.
Monitor customer debtors and follow up payment.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision- Able to work independently and work under pressure
