Job Responsibilities :
-Provide sales and admin support functions to sales teams
-Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order
-Prepare Delivery Order and Sales Invoice
-Plan, monitor and co-ordinate with transporter to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
-Liaise with transporters and arrange orders
-Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
-Prepare sales analysis report & Official Receipts
-Assist sales team in collections and update report.
-To assist in any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior
Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or above of any fields
-Prefer 1-3 year working experience in Indoor Sales/Tele sales or related field.
-Basic knowledge in general sales will be an added advantage.
-Customer-centric, result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
-Good communication and negotiation skills.
-Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Good co-ordination and communication skills
-On-Job Training will be provided
