Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and documentation of sales support for the Project Department. We are currently seeking for Sales Coordinator to be part of our Project Department Team, to be based at our Wisma CKE (Cheras).
  • Responsibilities:
Manages incoming Customer or Salesmans telephone calls.
  • Responsible for Quotations and Sales Orders preparation.
Coordinate with Factory personnel in checking the finished product stock availability.
  • Manages the logistics of the finished product to the customer to ensure smooth operational deliveries of products to customers within the dateline required.
Check and attend the customer inquiries email and provide after-sales support.
  • Entertain any walk-in customers, in collaboration with the Sales personnel.
Maintains a proper filing and document trace system for the department.
  • Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.
  • Requirements:
Must be willing to work at Wisma CKE Holdings, Cheras.
  • Possess a minimum SPM, STPM, or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the Sales Coordination field, however, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving capability.
Responsible and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate and competent in MS Office.
Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidates relevant experience.
  • 1 Full-time position available.
  • Language Required:
Chinese/ Mandarin (Required) - To handle Chinese customers / account.
  • English (Preferred)
  • Working Schedule:
5-Days Working per Week (Monday Friday)
  • Normal Working Hours (
  • 00 am 6.00 pm with 1-hour Rest/ Breaktime)
Off Day Saturday, Rest Day Sunday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
