Lemonfridge Sdn Bhd is an expansion from Lemonfridge Studio Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore.
  • Position Title: Sales Coordinator
  • Overview:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination between various departments to facilitate sales processes.
  • Job Description:
Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and contractors for site visits and consultations.
  • Manage calendars efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of time slots and prompt follow-ups.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or WhatSapp.
  • Provide information on services, pricing, and company policies to potential and existing clients.
Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and actively chase overdue invoices from clients.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, appointments, and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing reports or summaries related to sales activities and customer service metrics.
Liaise between sales teams and contractors to ensure smooth coordination of site visits and appointments.
  • Communicate client requirements and preferences effectively to the relevant teams.

  • Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
  • Mandarin is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary
RM 2,500 and above
