You know all of the projects progress like the back of your hand, and you are constantly driving the project through internal traffic. To achieve clear understanding between customers and internal teams, you will be the reliable liaison to facilitate this two-way communication.
In addition to managing customers expectation and satisfaction, you will sometime travel locally and internationally to meet customers on site. You will have a good working relationship with the Sales team and other cross-functional departments to carry out projects and drive related issues to closure.

Your job responsibilities as below:
- Ensure clarity and alignment with company goals and project objectives across all interactions and activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, ensuring quick turnaround and effective communication.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct constant follow-up on ongoing projects until all tasks are completed and closed.
- Manage and maintain open items for existing customer projects, ensuring every item reaches closure.
- Provide standby support for urgent customer requests or issues, including availability during weekends or holidays if required.
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries, ensuring all details are correct.
- Create customer orders and change requests in ERP systems.
- Maintain up-to-date customer databases and sales records, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Track sales metrics and provide performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to align on product launches, promotions, and reviews.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for sales meetings, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Prepare documentation for contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Travel as needed to support program execution and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or account management, preferably in the technology or semiconductor sector
- Understanding of semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes can be beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to adapt to sudden changes and solve complex problems
- Experienced working with customers, proactive, and resourceful
- Experience with international customer management is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- Proficiency in multiple languages can be a plus, especially in global markets
