Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Jurong West
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon Fri (
- 30 am - 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus ($4,000 +/-)
Duration: 8-months (Maternity Cover)
Process Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, etc. for routine dispatches.- Respond to sales inquiries from customers via phone, fax, email, etc.
Efficiently handle customer orders and ensure timely and professional follow-ups.
- Assist customers with issues related to material quality or other complaints.
Provide administrative assistance to the Outdoor Sales team.- Conduct stocktaking biannually and compile stocktake reports.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchasing and incoming shipment matters.
- Support the team by covering partial responsibilities in the absence of members (checking emails, arranging shipments, follow up with customers).
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
Must be comfortable working with numbers and have a good maths foundation.
- Open to candidates without experience; training will be provided.
