Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members (Technical/Solution engineer) to achieve better pipeline conversion
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products, services and solutions
- Draw up strategies to increase the client base.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts so targets are met.
- Managing a network of vendors and suppliers, if necessary
- Maintaining excellent relationships with principle and clients that are built on trust
- Keeping up to date with advancements in marketing

Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in any field (Information Technology would be great but not necessary).
- Prior experience within sales/presales (2 years and above). Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
