Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and new customers especially in BFSI industry.
- Provide consulting and partnering with clients to develop high performance solutions based on NTT DATA's best practice.
- Assist Senior Sales Manager to create effective account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization.
- Manage customer relationship. Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to our value. Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities.
- Understand customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
- Review public information for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.
- Assist Senior Sales Manager in designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
- Assist Senior Sales Manager Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
Experience & Requirements
- Sales experience of 4-5 years, preferably experience in BFSI industry/consulting experience
- Domain knowledge in the following area is preferred
-Financial Services e.g. Credit Services
-Insurance
-Retail Banking (for Digital Bank)
- Has experience in banking and digital technology architecture, especially in the area of Cloud Migration, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation is preferred.
- Has experience with project implementations e.g. digital transformations and technology implementations is preferred.
- Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
