Job Requirements:- Able to communicate with Mandarin/English and Malay.
Minimum SPM or Diploma graduated or above.- With minimum 1 year working experience in Retail Sales/Customer Service field.
Degree holder with zero experience are welcome to apply.
- Able to work either at Skudai/Toppen/ Mount Austin/ Paradigm
- Duties and Responsibility
Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients records/database/reports.
- Convincing customers to purchase products and services.
Answering customers concerns and queries.- Gathering feedback from customers.
Conducting market research to identify customers needs and selling strategies.
- Representing an organization at Trade fairs, Roadshow and other business events.
Drafting aspects of sales processes, documentations, and administrative supports- Responsible for order processing and co-ordination with customers, logistics operations and warehouse to ensure timely delivery to fulfill customer satisfaction.
Provide data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior or manager.
To meet sales target (with incentives).- With some music instrument skill is an added advantage.
