Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with any initial inquiries,
Promote and sell company products to new and existing customer
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests via phone, email, and in-person.
To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
Handle payment transactions, process gift vouchers, and manage membership inquiries and sign-ups.
Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of PA policies, services, and promotions.
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation and coordination of client services
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Fresh graduates or 1-3 working experience are encouraged to apply.
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Can learn new knowledge fast
Able to work in team
